Awwh, I don't know about that for me. I'd prefer organic grassfed over the others. There are too many other toxic variables that we can't control. Choosing organic, grassfed, non GMO benefits your health.
I'm not sure I followed everything you said...but you can't compare whole milk yogurt to Greek yougurt.. Greek yogurt is just whole milk yogurt strained to remove the whey...it's denser and will have more protein per serving. Actually, I don't buy yogurt and more and have been making Dr. William Davis' Super Gut yogurt using half snd half or whole milk. I need to strain the whole milk version since I prefer a thicker yogurt. Hope this helps.
Yes, I know they are different. I guess the point I was trying to make is the nutrient quality, price point, and marketing tricks that brands use. The conclusion was that Cabot full fat Greek yogurt, at Publix, was a better nutritious deal than the “organic” products- the organic milk and organic Greek yogurts.
Buy real yogurt from Spice shops where it's often labeled curd.
Oh…do tell more. Got photos maybe? 😊🫶🏻
