Well, I consumed about two liters of raw milk every day during my adolescence. At that time my parents had 20 dairy cows (in Europe). At that time my health was exzellent. Later raw milk was no longer available, as the livestock farming was discontinued and I moved to another town. 10 years later I got an autoimmune disease. Maybe that would be avoided , if a had consumed raw milk all the time.
Well, I live in Germany, Bavaria. Well my autoimmune disease (sarcoidosis) was treated two years with cortisone, which no enduring remission. Thereafter I changed to the Marshall protocol (Olmersartan and Minocycline). Initial I had some Herxheimer reaction. But it was far better suited for long term use (my weight increased by 20% during cortisone, which I could get rid of thereafter). Medical doctors told me that this treatment is noneffective. But several attempts showed that stopping that treatment resulted always in a serve decline. And other treatment with or Azathioprine or Hydroxychloroquine had very bad side effects or were ineffective.
Later I discovered that I need additional sodium during this treatment (at least one teaspoon salt or backing soda a day, for normal sodium level in blood and for a high enough blood pressure. And thereafter I discovered that about 20 mg/day Methylen blue improved substantial the distress during physical activity. My wife noticed that improvement nearly immediately. So I was able to start with physical training with good results. So actual my health is quite good, taking the autoimmune disease into account.
The positive side effect of this illness was that I started to question the standard recommendations. So I managed to protect my family (wife and child's) from the Covid shots and treat Covid with Ivermectin (I have acquired it timely on the gray market). Initial my wife Children were skeptical. But the mayor improvement nearly after a few hours for every person after the treatment was impressive. So maybe my autoimmune disease has saved my family from the covid shots.
That is a very interesting story. Indeed in your story, you have disproven several mainstream medicine myths about the use of repurposed drugs for treating inflammation, the use of salt, and the use of methylene blue. There has been a lot of hype lately trying to descredit the benefits of MB on platforms such as X with “health accounts” with a lot of followers and they just regurgitate the same programmed broken record.
Life is interesting because we all go through difficult lessons which change the courses of our lives and it sounds like your health condition was in fact as you commented, your saving grace.😊 Congratulations on seeing the patterns and correcting the imbalances.
Great post. I grew up on raw milk, and my brother and I would fight over who got the most cream. I started buying raw milk again a few years ago. It is still expensive where I live, but worth fanagling the budget for this wholesome treat.
Whole foods qualifying as true contraband? Is it an agricultural restriction? I am in a state that adores raw milk, but many have listened to the hype.

The cream is the best part for sure!

Which state do you live in and do you have a lot of farmers who supply raw milk? It is very expensive where I live.
