MAMHA: Make America’s Military Healthy Again
Hey Mr. Kennedy! Please prioritize ending Big Pharma’s control over our troops.
Anyone who knows me knows that I love our men and women in the military and our veterans. I often find myself focused in my personal time on helping this population become better informed patients, coaching them to take charge of their health and become stronger, more resilient warriors — not just in combat, but in life. Where the healthcare systems leaves them to fend for themselves is exactly where I like to come in, empower them, and save them. It is the least I can do for what they do for us. Our service members deserve better than being treated as disposable test subjects for Big Pharma’s latest experiment.
With the Make America Healthy Again movement gaining momentum, fueled by the confirmation of Robert F. Kennedy Jr. it’s high time we Make America’s Military Healthy Again. If promises are kept and we begin to witness a shift toward informed consent, natural health solutions, and a rejection of the pharmaceutical overreach that has plagued our nation for decades, nowhere is more urgent for attention than the military, where service members have been subjected to a relentless cycle of forced vaccinations and questionable medical mandates.
If we are serious about rebuilding America’s health, we must start with those who put their lives on the line for our freedom. It’s time to restore their health, their autonomy, and their trust in a system that should be protecting them — not exploiting them.
The military runs on discipline, grit, and raw human performance. But guess what it also runs on? A ridiculous number of mandatory vaccines — including anthrax, flu, and COVID shots that have done more harm than good. If we actually cared about keeping our troops combat-ready, we’d focus on real preventive health, not turning them into walking pharma experiments.
The ugly truth about the military’s shot-first approach
For years, the military has forced service members to line up and take their medicine — whether they needed it or not. But what happens when those shots wreck immune systems instead of strengthening them?
A 2020 study published in Vaccine found that the flu shot increased the risk of coronaviruses and human metapneumovirus infections in service members.1 Translation? The more shots they took, the weaker their immune systems became against other viruses.
The anthrax vaccine? A walking disaster. It’s been linked to chronic inflammation, neurological issues, and Gulf War Syndrome — side effects the military would rather sweep under the rug than actually address. A GAO report found that the anthrax vaccine caused high rates of adverse reactions and even led some military pilots to quit rather than take the shot.2 A deeper look at this issue shows even more troubling findings — many troops developed chronic illness, autoimmune disorders, and long-term disabilities following anthrax vaccinations. As noted by Hill & Ponton, a law firm specializing in veterans' disability claims, the military’s own data shows thousands of service members suffering serious health consequences of this shot.3 If a vaccine is causing service members to walk away from their careers or live with lifelong medical issues, maybe it’s time to reevaluate the military’s medical policies.
The impact of COVID mandates on military personnel
The COVID-19 vaccine mandate had a profound impact on the military, disrupting thousands of careers and lives. While a recent executive order reinstated 8,400 service members who were discharged due to refusing the vaccine, it does not account for the approximately 80,000 service members who were indirectly affected. Many were pressured into early retirement, resigned under duress, or were separated from service against their will — losing benefits, career stability, and access to essential military healthcare.
For those who were forced out, the damage extends beyond career loss. The abrupt separation created financial strain, disrupted family stability, and left many without the healthcare they relied upon during and after service. For those who took it, many have chronic illness, chronic fatigue, neurologic and cardiac issues, autoimmune diseases, and cancers.
Why inject troops against treatable viruses?
Let’s be real. Anthrax, flu, and coronaviruses are treatable. The CDC itself lists ciprofloxacin, doxycycline, and amoxicillin as go-to treatments for anthrax exposure.4
Instead of forcing experimental injections on healthy soldiers, why not send them out with a comprehensive medical kit containing everything they need to handle infections if they arise?
A well-stocked medical kit should be standard issue for deployed personnel, covering not just bacterial infections but also immune support and detoxification. This kit should include:
Antibiotics & Antivirals
Ciprofloxacin, Doxycycline, Amoxicillin – Primary treatment for anthrax and general infections.
Ivermectin & Hydroxychloroquine – Known to support immune function and act against certain viruses and parasites.
Nutraceuticals & Immune Support
Vitamin C & Methylated B-Complex – Essential for immune resilience and cellular repair. Methylated B vitamins are the biologically active forms of B vitamins, meaning they are more easily absorbed and utilized by the body. Some individuals have genetic mutations, such as MTHFR polymorphisms, that hinder their ability to convert standard B vitamins into their active forms. This can lead to fatigue, immune dysfunction, and metabolic issues if left unaddressed. Ensuring that our troops receive methylated B vitamins improves nutrient absorption and supports overall metabolic and immune function. Zinc & Selenium – Key minerals for fighting infection and reducing inflammation.
Quercetin & NAC (N-Acetyl Cysteine) – Helps with oxidative stress, supports detoxification, and boosts lung function.
Probiotics – Essential for maintaining gut health, which is critical for immune function.
DMSO (Dimethyl Sulfoxide) – An anti-viral which has been used to treat viruses such as shingles and herpes.
Chlorine Dioxide (CDS) – Used for oxidative support and pathogen elimination.
Suggested oral dosage: Start with 10-15 drops of a 3000 ppm solution in 1 liter of water, divided into doses throughout the day. Increase slowly based on tolerance.6
Military nutrition: another weak link
Beyond the vaccine mandates, another major problem impacting military health is poor nutrition — especially during deployments which puts their immune function at risk.
Meals Ready-to-Eat (MREs) are the standard for deployed troops, but these are highly processed, packed with preservatives, inflammatory seed oils, and synthetic additives, and severely lacking in real, nutrient-dense food. They result in chronic inflammation, gut dysbiosis, and metabolic dysfunction — all of which leave service members more vulnerable to illness, fatigue, and poor recovery after intense exertion.
High sugar & ultra-processed carbs lead to blood sugar crashes and reduced mental sharpness.
Low bioavailable protein means slower muscle recovery and increased risk of injury.
Synthetic additives & preservatives contribute to gut inflammation and immune suppression.
If the military was serious about performance, they would overhaul the nutritional landscape and provide real food options that promote sustained energy, mental clarity, and long-term health — rather than relying on chemical-laden rations that set troops up for chronic illness.
A better way: train for combat, not pharma profits
If the military actually cared about the health of its troops, they’d be prioritizing real preventive medicine over big pharma kickbacks. That means:
Testing for immune imbalances instead of blindly injecting everyone.
Providing real nutrition and metabolic health screenings instead of waiting for troops to burn out.
Giving deployed soldiers treatment kits with antibiotics and antivirals instead of forcing preemptive shots.
Taking care of veterans who were injured by these vaccines instead of pretending their health issues don’t exist.
Replacing MREs with nutrient-dense, whole food-based rations to optimize health and performance.
If we want a military that’s actually combat-ready, we need to flip the script on health. That means prioritizing immune resilience, metabolic health, and real nutrition — not just throwing shots and pills at the problem.
If you're a service member or veteran struggling with health issues, you don’t have to tough it out alone. Let’s build a strategy to get your health back on track. Reach out for a coaching session — because your mission isn’t over, and your health shouldn’t be the sacrifice.

Amen. There has been an intentional effort to weaken and demoralize our troops. There needs to be a permanent end to this, not just another presidential order. Congress needs to wake up and do it's job.
We won't get quality people in the military with the current status quo. Things need to change, and fast!
Medals to everyone in the military who stood up to illegal, immoral and unethical mandates. They had our six and suffered for their courage.
